OUR SPECIALTY FOODS — such as sorghum, sourwood honey, hot sauces, BBQ sauces, jams, cheeses, cider, handmade chocolates and locally roasted organic coffee — are created in small batches in Western North Carolina kitchens.
The first berries of the season are picked from farms in Swain County and cooked down into mouthwatering jams.
Goats' milk is added to handmade soap along with herbs like lavender, verbena and peppermint – all from mountain gardens. And Alpine Dairy goats provide milk for delicious artisan cheese.
